Organising a Group North Wales Adventure
There are two ways of booking a group into King Arthur’s Labyrinth:
- Complete our Group Booking Form indicating the preferred date and time of your group visit. Email this to us, and we will contact you to confirm the availability of your chosen date and time, and to answer any questions you may have. Full payment can then be made with either a cheque or a credit card over the telephone.
Full payment prior to your arrival will ensure that your tickets are held until the boat trip departs. It is essential, however that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the trip departs.
- If you prefer to pay for your trip on the day of your visit, you can complete the Group Booking Form as described above and secure the booking with a deposit of 10% of the total value of your booking. Once we have contacted you to confirm the availability of your booking, the 10% deposit payment can be made by cheque or by using a credit card over the telephone. Groups should then arrive 30 minutes before the booked time. If the group has not arrived by then, the tickets will be sold. We regret that the 10% deposit is not refundable.
- Should you need to cancel your North Wales adventure group booking for any reason, we need at least 1 weeks’ notice. A full refund of the cost of your tickets (if you have already paid in full) and your 10% deposit will be refunded. When tickets are cancelled without the minimum weeks’ notice, your deposit paid will be retained.
The Labyrinth is open from 10am to 5pm each day from the beginning of April to the beginning of November.
